The third tower is set to become a luxurious hotel, currently benchmarked against the prestigious Intercontinental Hotel Residences. The basement will primarily serve as a parking facility while also accommodating essential plant space and back-of-house areas for the hotel.

SIMPLE YET STRIKING

Initial studies determined that a three-tower approach with separate cores best met the client’s vision. To enhance connectivity and create a striking visual identity, sky bridges were introduced at mid and top levels, unifying the towers. The podium seamlessly links the two commercial office towers, framing a bold central entrance that anchors the development.

MARKING THE STREET

Set back from the main street, the site benefits from a striking canopy that acts as both a visual marker and a shelter, ensuring staff and visitors are protected from the elements as they approach the building.

THE PODIUM

A grand entrance lobby anchors the podium, seamlessly connecting the three towers and creating a sense of arrival.

THE SKY BRIDGES

The sky bridges create horizontal breaks at the centre and top of the commercial towers, offering essential supporting functions. The central bridge hosts a lively food court, giving staff and visitors an array of dining options, while the top bridge features an elegant fine dining experience with the best views in town.

LUXURY SERVICED LIVING

Rising 30 floors, the development features 168 elegantly designed apartment suites, offering a selection of one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. The residences provide contemporary, fully furnished living spaces with access to premium amenities, including a spa, gym, and on-site restaurants.

Its footprint is carefully shaped to accommodate a 3m exclusion zone and a 4.8m boundary road, ensuring essential fire tender access. To enhance stability and maximise interior flexibility, the tower features an outer structural frame, allowing for adaptable layouts across various room configurations.

Residents enter through the ground-floor entrance, where they are greeted by a concierge and granted direct access to the first-floor reception above. The first-floor reception area features a main reception desk, a stylish drinks lounge, and essential back-of-house admin spaces for the operator.
